The meeting is aimed at physician leaders, program leaders, and executive sponsors leading these programs—more information on Project CORE.

OVERVIEW AND BENEFITS

The AAMC is pleased to announce that it is expanding its 2025 Project CORE Symposium to include academic health systems that have not participated in Project CORE but are interested in starting or optimizing their own eConsults and/or enhanced referrals program.

The Symposium will take place March 13-14, 2025, at the AAMC Learning Center (655 K Street NW, Washington, DC, 20001-2399).

This two-day meeting will feature plenaries, workshops, and concurrent sessions on a wide range of topics, including successful strategies for engaging providers, innovations in eConsult models, eConsults for pediatric populations, optimizing referral communications, advocacy and payment policy, external pivot solutions (or extending eConsults to community partners), health care equity, approaches to program sustainability, program impact and return on investment, and much more. These sessions will feature speakers from across the CORE Network as well as several invited speakers. There will also be time for networking with other physician leads and program leads throughout the meeting.
