Connect virtually with thousands of aspiring medical students who are interested in learning more about postbaccalaureate programs. This event will allow your institution to directly share information and answer questions about your postbaccalaureate or special master's program(s). Registration for the fall fair will also include complimentary registration to our pathway and postbaccalaureate program Virtual Fair on January 29, 2026.
In 2024, over 15,000 attendees and 115 medical schools, programs and associations attended our fairs. AAMC Virtual Medical School Fairs are always free and open to all attendees interested in a career in medicine.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Booths can be purchased by representatives of postbaccalaureate and special master's degree programs within the United States. To avoid unintentional duplicate booth purchases, please coordinate with your colleagues before registering. If a duplicate purchase does occur, the AAMC Store will process a refund accordingly. Be sure to enter the name of your school in the registration form.
OVERVIEW AND BENEFITS
Exhibitors will receive a customized virtual booth that can be updated to show school crests and colors, brochures, videos, links, and digital resources. Postbaccalaureate program staff can chat publicly or privately with visitors.
EXHIBITOR BENEFITS
- Registration for this event also includes complimentary exhibitor registration to our first-ever Pathway and Postbaccalaureate Programs Virtual Fair on January 29, 2026.
- 2-Day Format – Live information sessions will be held on Wednesday, October 29 and exhibit hall and postbaccalaureate/special master's degree program booths will open on Thursday, October 30.
- Ability to directly upload your own content, images (colors and crests), links and resources.
- Initiate a one-on-one chat, phone, or video call with potential applicants.
- Directly register your institution’s booth representatives (unlimited staff registrations).
- View chat transcripts and receive booth visitor data post-event.
- Ability to share booth content on demand to attendees for 30 days post-event.
- Link directly to your school’s profile in the AAMC Postbaccalaureate Program database.

This is a virtual event which includes virtual booths. Please click "add to cart" to purchase a booth for this event.
TERMS OF SALE
Virtual booth registration is non-refundable. Booths are available only to authorized representatives of accredited schools. Unqualified registrations will be cancelled and refunded. If you are not sure if you are qualified to register for a booth, please contact the postbac virtual fair team before completing your purchase.

- When is the last day to register as an exhibitor?
- Friday, October 3.
- When is the deadline to finalize the content in my booth?
- Wednesday, October 8.
- When is the deadline to finalize my list of booth representatives?
- Booth representatives can be added through COB October 29.
- What if our representative can only participate for part of the day?
- Exhibitors are welcome to set their own booth chat hours. If your team is only available for part of the day, simply include this information on your booth setup form in step 1.
- Are there any registration discounts available?
- Yes- All exhibitors who register prior to September 10 will receive an early bird discount of $100.
- Can I add a link to a Zoom or Teams meeting instead of the default booth chat?
- Yes! If you would like to host a Zoom or Teams meeting instead of or in addition to the text-based chat, we encourage you to do so. Email us at postbac@aamc.org for more information or assistance.
- My school has an MD program, multiple postbaccalaureate program tracks, and a special master's program. Can I purchase a booth for each program?
- If you feel that your programs would be better represented separately, you're welcome to purchase additional booths for each one.
