Acceptance of AAMC Store Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase from the AAMC Store. In addition the AAMC Website Terms and Conditions are incorporated herein by reference, if a conflict exists the AAMC Store [JE1] Terms shall take precedence. By completing your purchase, you agree to the Terms set forth below. If you do not accept these Terms, do not complete your purchase.

Below is a list of AAMC product categories sold by the Store that have additional terms and conditions associated with their sale and use, anduse and are incorporated herein by reference and if a conflict exists the product-specific terms shall take precedence. Please review those terms, available in the product description, prior to purchase.

Please note, no refunds or exchanges will be provided on these purchases.

Digital Products

No refunds or exchanges will be provided on ebook, PDF, online access products and other virtual products purchases.

All Other Products

When applicable, to receive a refund or replacement for a purchased product, returns must be received within 45 days of the original invoice date. Contact the AAMC Store for a return authorization number. Products returned without a return authorization number may be refused.

Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment method (i.e., credit card, check). Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
