Why can't I access the Virtual Event? The most common cause of this issue is old browser history. After you've purchased your subscription, clear your browser history, then close and reopen your browser to begin a new session.
Before the event begins, we recommend testing the computer system you plan to use to join event. To test your system, please visit our system test page. The test will ensure that your computer is compatible with the functionality of the virtual event platform.
How can I find my username and/or password? If you are unable to access your AAMC account, please contact Account Help.
What browser(s) should I use? We recommend the latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari for desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
How long will I have access to the Virtual Event? Once you have accessed the event, you can view one, some or all sessions. It is possible to depart and re-enter the event as often as you wish during the event period.
Can I share my subscription with friends? No. Your subscription is intended for individual use only. Please do not share your account information with your friends.
